Is there a way to unregister a blink camera?
From the Home screen, tap Device Settings. above the camera thumbnail you want to delete and select General Settings. Tap Delete Device. You will be asked to confirm. Tap Delete Device to remove the camera and be brought back to the home screen.
How do I unregister my Blink account?
In the Blink app, tap Settings at the bottom of the screen. Tap Account and Privacy. On the Account and Privacy screen, select Delete Account . You will get a popup asking you to confirm that you’d like to delete your account.
How do I reset my Blink sync module already registered?
Use a small object or fingernail to press the reset button for 5 seconds. You will see a flash of red and then after 15 seconds a blinking blue light and solid green light appear at the front of the Sync Module. The Sync Module is ready to be added through the Blink app.
Can you have 2 Blink accounts?
You can have multiple systems within an account. The Blink app allows you to manage multiple Sync Module systems and their connected Blink devices from a single account. Each Sync Module added to your account allows you to group and manage up to ten cameras in a single system.
How can I verify my Blink account without phone number?
What if I no longer have the phone number associated with my Blink account? If your phone number has changed, or you can’t access the phone number associated with your Blink account, contact customer support for assistance. Please note, you must be with your Blink devices in order for customer support to assist you.
Can you recover a deleted Blink account?
Warning. Deleting your Blink account removes all your Blink account data from our servers. This action can’t be undone and data can’t be restored under any circumstances.
How do I change my Blink membership?
All membership changes are done at the facility. Just stop at the front desk and inform them that you would like to upgrade your membership. One of our mood lifters will gladly assist you. Please keep in mind that Blue, Green, and Orange memberships have a 12-month obligation contract.
How do I change my Blink login?
Go to Settings in the footer of the Blink app and then select Account and Privacy. Your current email address displays under Account and Privacy at the top of this screen. Tap the email, and enter your account password in the security popup. Tap Submit.
What if my Blink is already registered?
Contact the person you purchased it from and ask them to unlink the device from their account. This should resolve it in most situations. Contact Blink Support to see if they can delete the old account from the unit.
